Information we collect
This website has no analytics or advertising scripts. When you submit an enquiry, its PHP endpoint processes the details you provide. MilesWeb hosting and the configured email provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. Enquiry details are processed so the studio can respond to your request, which is a legitimate business purpose and, where consent applies, is based on your act of submitting the form.
Information you provide
An enquiry requests your name, email, project city, service type and message. Phone and the full site address are optional. There is no separate consultation booking form. Clicking Send submits these details to the website’s PHP endpoint and, when SMTP is configured, to the studio’s Gmail inbox through its authenticated mail provider. Failed submissions remain in the form; uncertain network outcomes may still have reached the server. These details are used only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss the project you describe.
How information is used
Submitted enquiry information is used to respond to your request, understand project needs and communicate about the project. It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and no marketing mailing list is operated through this form.
Cookies and local preferences
The website stores the selected light, dark or system theme under studio-theme, without storing form values in localStorage. When email sending is configured and you submit, a first-party session cookie named vrf_enquiry supports the form security token and duplicate-submission protection. There are no analytics cookies. Clear the theme preference or cookies through your browser’s site-storage controls.
Analytics
Optional analytics and event tracking are disabled in this version. No analytics requests are sent, and there is no measurement preferences interface. Hosting providers may still process normal server logs such as IP addresses and technical request headers. Any future analytics service requires an updated privacy notice and appropriate consent controls before activation.
Third-party services
Fonts and reference images are served locally. Email, phone, WhatsApp and configured social links open services with their own policies. WhatsApp enquiry links include a message template and the selected service or reference study, where applicable; your name, email, phone, address and message typed in the form are not copied into those links. The Contact page automatically loads an embedded Google Map. Opening that page connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address, subject to Google’s privacy policy. The map points to the studio’s Sector 93 address in Gurugram. Email enquiries are processed by MilesWeb hosting, the configured SMTP provider and the studio’s Gmail recipient mailbox. The bundled optional Cloudflare/Resend receiver is not the selected endpoint for this version.
Data security
The supplied email endpoint uses a session security token, origin checks, server-side field validation, rate limiting and authenticated encrypted SMTP with certificate verification. It does not write full enquiry bodies to application log files. SMTP credentials must be stored outside the public website directory. No system can guarantee absolute security; hosting administrators must configure HTTPS, mailbox access and server permissions correctly.
Data retention
Successful enquiries may be retained in the studio mailbox and by its email provider according to their settings. The PHP application stores session security/receipt hashes and keyed IP hashes with attempt timestamps for abuse prevention, not full enquiry bodies. Session and rate-limit files are eligible for expiry cleanup, but hosting backups and logs follow the hosting provider’s policies. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months in the studio mailbox and then deleted. Records for commissioned projects are retained for up to 8 years after handover to support warranty, service and statutory requirements. You can ask for earlier deletion by writing to the privacy contact below.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the enquiry information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its further use. Email vrf.interiors@gmail.com or call +91 99990 88992 from the contact details used in your enquiry, so the request can be matched to the right record. The studio responds to such requests within 30 days.
Policy updates
This notice is updated whenever data practices change. Effective date: 22 September 2026. The effective date above always records the current version, and material changes are published on this page before they take effect.
